Colin Slabach, Ph.D., CFP, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University, where he teaches and develops programs in financial planning. He previously served as Professor of Retirement at The American College of Financial Services and as Assistant Director at the Centre for Retirement Income.
With extensive experience in financial education and program development, Slabach has played a key role in advancing financial planning curricula both in the United States and abroad. He is deeply committed to fostering diversity in the profession and preparing the next generation of financial planners to engage with clients in a global, cross-cultural context.
In addition to his academic work, Slabach serves on the advisory board of the fintech company Tolerisk, on the Texas Tech University Alumni Advisory Board and is a board director at FPSB Ltd.
