Launched in 2024, FPSB Ireland's CFP® Professional Futures - Guiding Growth Mentoring Programme connects newly certified CFP professionals with experienced financial planners. The aim is to share knowledge, provide guidance and support professional development, creating opportunities for mutual learning and strengthening our profession.

By fostering supportive mentoring partnerships, our programme helps new members build the insight, confidence and professional networks needed to thrive in their careers.
